What this means for you:
When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
I/We agree that by submitting this loan application to Kwikcash, all of the following will also apply: (a) Kwikcash and its agents may monitor and record telephone calls regarding this loan application and, if approved, a loan to me/us to assure the quality of service or for other reasons; (b) I/we expressly consent to Kwikcash and its agents use of prerecorded/artificial voice messages, text messages and/or automatic dialing equipment while processing this loan application and, if approved, the servicing or collecting on a loan to me/us, as the law allows; (c) I/we agree that Kwikcash and its agents may take these actions to contact me/us using any telephone number(s) that

that I/we can at any time opt-out of the communications described in this paragraph by calling or writing to Kwikcash and, as applicable, its successor or assignee to the interests in my/our loan agreement, and asking to stop using electronic means to contact me/us.
I understand that by providing my wireless telephone number(s) and/or email address(es) now or in the future, I expressly consent and agree to the use of recorded/artificial voice messages and/or automatic telephone dial devices that may contain my non-public information. ELECTRONIC RECORDS DISCLOSURE, CONSENT AND AGREEMENT TO USE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES.
Please read this Electronic Records Disclosure, Consent and Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures ("Agreement") carefully and download or print a copy for your records.
In this Agreement, the words "we," "us," and "our" mean KWIKCASH, INC.
Electronic Application and Related Disclosures. Federal laws and regulations, including the federal Truth-in-Lending Act and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Regulation Z, require us to give you certain important disclosures in writing in connection with your application for credit and your loan. These disclosures are included with our online credit application, the notice of our credit decision on your application, the loan note you will sign and related disclosures you will receive with the loan note if your application is approved and you accept our offer of a loan, and all subsequent communications concerning the loan (the "Documents"). With your consent, we will give you the Documents electronically. You also agree to execute your loan note with an electronic signature.
Your Consent is Required. You must consent to receiving the Documents electronically in order to apply online for credit. Your consent will apply to all Documents.
If you do not want to receive the Documents electronically, you should exit the online credit application area, and your online credit application will be discontinued.
Withdrawing Your Consent to Receive Electronic Records: You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Documents, without charge, by contacting us in writing at KwikCash Inc., 28532 Airoso Street, Rancho Mission Viejo, CA 92694. If you withdraw your consent before you sign your loan note, we will consider your withdrawal of consent to be a withdrawal of your credit application, and we will take no further action in connection with your application.
Requesting Paper Copy of Disclosures. If we provide a Document to you in electronic format, and you want a paper copy, you can request a paper copy by contacting us in writing at KwikCash Inc., 28532 Airoso Street, Rancho Mission Viejo, CA 92694.
System Requirements to Access Application, Disclosures and Credit Agreement. To apply electronically and to receive the Documents electronically, you must have the following:
- A personal computer, mobile access device or other access device which is capable of accessing the Internet;
- An active account with an Internet service provider;
- An Internet web browser which is capable of supporting 128-bit SSL encrypted communications (if you can access our website, your web browser satisfies this requirement);
- An active email account; and
- The ability to view files in HTML and PDF format.
System Requirements to Retain the Disclosures and Credit Agreement. To retain the Documents, your system must have the ability to either download (to your hard disk drive or other storage device) or print web pages (screens) and files in HTML and PDF format.
Updating Your Information. You should keep us informed of any change in your email address. You may contact us to tell us about these changes by contacting us in writing at KwikCash Inc., 28532 Airoso Street, Rancho Mission Viejo, CA 92694, or by contacting us via email at info@kwikcashonline.com.
Acceptance of Agreement and Consent to Receive Electronic Documents. Clicking the "Agree & Continue" button (on the application) constitutes your written signature and approval of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement.
By clicking "Agree & Continue," you hereby:
- confirm that the Internet access device(s) you will use to complete your online application and to receive the Documents meet(s) the system requirements described above;
- consent to receiving the Documents electronically; and
- agree to execute the loan note and all related documents with an electronic signature.
